Bible Workshop series :- Angel or animal - what it REALLY means to be human and a Christian!

Let's be real - it can be hard being a Christian today - with all the worldly influences, temptations and lust. And what about our kids!!! If it's hard for us as adults, it's even harder for our kids!  What behaviour is acceptable - without flirting with the world and running the risk of back-sliding??

Here's the thing - if we are two strict on ourselves or our kids - we run risk of feeling like it's too hard, and we just give up. But on the other hand, if we are too loose, we run the risk of loosing our kids to the attractions of this world anyway.

It's hard - and while there are no easy answers - there are still answers.   Angel or animal - what it really means to be human - and a Christian!

Creation Science - scientific proof, facts and evidence for believing in Creation above evolution

You know, evolution was never an issue for me at school. That’s because it was taught as fact, without challenge. Evolution is the ‘default’ setting for the secular society we live in. The thing is, that most non-Christians (Or non-religious) people do not understand that they also have an indoctrinated ‘world-view’ and religion, even if that world view is Humanistic or New Age!Because most people are ‘born’ into a humanistic/secular family, they don’t realise that they have been ‘indoctrinated’ just as much as anyone else from another religion or worldview.

So, I accepted evolution. 

When I became a Christian, I accepted the theology that the word ‘day’ in Genesis chapter 1 meant ‘a period of time’, and like Jesus said, ‘A day is as a thousand years’, and for that reason, I ‘slotted’ evolution into my Christian doctrine -  before Adam and Eve.
