I (Ps Roger) had the privilege of hosting the Living Wisdom Auckland 2008 seminar at our church complex.

As in the previous three years, David and Rosemary's teaching, input and ministry upon my life has been both profound and timely.

The Spirit of God has brought healing and freedom into my heart - and into the heart of every student attending.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.

I'd like to believe some life-long friendships were forged during this time together, and I remember you all with fondness.

If you've ever looking for a church to attend on Sunday, I'd love to catch-up with you again. :-)

Testimony

Pastoral ministry isn't just about preaching and praying! In fact - you've probably heard the joke that a pastor only works for an hour a week - on a Sunday while he preaches!

Well, sorry to break the bubble - but as co-pastors, my wife and I are weekly involved with people attempting suicide, depression, marriage breakdown, psychosis, incest, mental/emotional illness, addiction, relational breakdown - and a whole lot more!

As you might imagine, this creates many challenges - both how to successfully help these people, and how to cope with the stress it places upon our lives in the process.

While they do their best - I don't have that much faith in our Public Mental Health system, or even in many counsellors - either secular or Christian. 

What I have discovered - is a program that actually works - Living Wisdom!

It ISN'T about formulas, presumption or scripts. This is the REAL thing! The teaching and practice you will learn at Living Wisdom WILL work - in EVERY area of your personal and professional life.

It works in my life :-)
